paper ROSE designs terms and conditions.

 

Please read carefully (I know it’s a bit boring!) as placing an order with ‘paper ROSE designs’ is regarded as an acceptance of these terms.

 

Payments: A deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking in the diary. No design or production work will begin until this has been received. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer. An invoice for the remaining balance will be issued 2 weeks before production of your order. The balance must be seen as cleared funds before production can begin. If payment isn’t received prior to your production date your order will be cancelled. In this case all design, deposits and materials already purchased will remain the property of ‘paper ROSE designs’. Cheques should be made payable to 'S H Chudley.'

 

Production Time: On receipt of your deposit a diary slot will be allocated according to availability and your requirements. An order can take 4-6 weeks depending on design and size. ‘Fast track’ order slots may be available. ‘Fast track’ refers to orders placed with 4 weeks or less until delivery. In this instance the order must be paid for in full before work will begin. An additional charge of £20 will be added to the final invoice to allow for express delivery of materials and out of hours working.

 

Cancellation: Any monies paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Any materials purchased for the order will remain the property of ‘paper ROSE designs’.

 

Proofreading: The Client is responsible for proof reading all items and will be asked to confirm approval before printing/making commences. Please ensure all details and spellings are thoroughly checked. Changes once printing/making has started will incur an extra cost and may delay delivery.

 

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, current orders where a deposit has been paid will not be affected. Written quotations are valid for 3 months.

 

Postage/Delivery: Postage and packing is additional and will be added to your final invoice at cost price once your order is confirmed. Orders can be collected from our Chelmsford address. In this instance a £5 packing charge will be added to your final invoice. Whilst every care will be taken to pack your order ‘paper ROSE designs’ cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.

 

Designs: The handcrafted nature of some of our designs may result in slight variations in appearance from each other and samples. Whilst photographs are taken to represent the products as naturally as possible please be aware that on-screen colours can vary.

 

Copyright: All design work is copyright of ‘paper ROSE designs’ and any reproduction of these designs will be pursued legally.

 

Please be aware that some of our designs use small items. For this reason they are not suitable for young children.

 

‘paper ROSE designs’ reserves the right to cancel an order, without refund, if clients are abusive or unreasonable.
